Our amenities are exclusively for our residents. Clubhouse

We make our Private Clubhouse available exclusively for our residents. From birthdays, private parties, corporate gatherings, and Holiday celebrations, our residents can reserve the Islands of Cocoplum Clubhouse for a nominal fee.

Our Private Club offers a host of events throughout the year designed to bringing together neighbors and their families in fun and exclusive gatherings. Examples of some of the events include: Yoga in The Park, Outdoor Movie Nights, Spring Celebration (Easter Egg Hunt), Food Trucks Day, Tennis Mixer, Halloween, Appreciation Lunch, and a special Holiday Party.

Our Holiday Season party features and exclusive and luxurious catered party at the Clubhouse. This is a time where our residents can celebrate the Holidays in style, enjoy exquisite food, premier cocktails, and great company in a family friendly, Holiday experience.

Tennis Center

Islands of Cocoplum residents enjoy access to one of South Florida’s most exclusive tennis facilities, featuring seven (7) professional-grade Hydro Clay courts equipped with stadium lighting for both daytime and evening play. Our recently renovated courts and updated bathroom building enhance the tennis experience, all within the comfort and privacy of our island resort community.

Throughout the year, Islands of Cocoplum also hosts friendly tennis tournaments, offering residents a fun and relaxed way to engage in lighthearted competition with neighbors who enjoy the game recreationally.

Pickleball Courts
In addition to our tennis amenities, Islands of Cocoplum now features two (2) brand-new Pickleball courts, also equipped with stadium lighting, for the enjoyment of our residents.

Gym

Convenience, privacy, and round-the-clock accessibility are what you can expect from our Islands of Cocoplum gym. Located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, our 1,000 sqft gym features top-of-the-line fitness equipment and gives our residents the opportunity to work out alone or with a personal trainer.

Olympic Pool

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the 60-foot climatized pool at the Islands of Cocoplum offers the perfect place to swim, relax, and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether you’re doing laps for fitness or simply cooling off on a warm day, the pool is a favorite gathering spot for residents of all ages. For families interested in swimming lessons, reach out to one of our registered coaches who have been teaching children and teens in our community for over 20 years. The Islands of Cocoplum pool brings neighbors together and offers a safe, welcoming space to enjoy the water and build lasting memories.

YachT Club

Islands of Cocoplum residents can purchase a boat or yacht slip at the prestigious Cocoplum Yacht Club. Regarded as one of South Florida’s top marinas, this clean and well-managed marina is also protected from the bay.

With slips ranging from 40 ft. to 120 ft. T-Slips, our residents have the convenience to dock their boat at walking distance from their home.

Beach Volleyball

Enjoy sunny South Florida by rallying your friends for a game at our Islands of Cocoplum professional Olympic-grade Beach Volleyball Court. Built in the summer of 2015, this is one of our newest and most popular amenities.

Pass by on a Sunday afternoon to catch a group of your Islands of Cocoplum neighbors getting their game on with family and friends.

Basketball Court

Whether it’s a 5-on-5 full court game or just a one-on-one with a friend, enjoy the Islands of Cocoplum Basketball Court located next to the Clubhouse. Pass by anytime and you will find a good pick-up game with some of your Islands of Cocoplum neighbors. For our future basketball stars who can’t quite reach the hoop yet, enjoy our separate court with an adjustable basket for kids of all ages.
